Well hello there, I welcome you to Coach Jones Gymnasium. My name is Coach Jones and I am excited to be your PE Coach this year at Harvest Preparatory Academy. This is my 2nd year at Harvest, but I have 9 years of teaching and coaching experience.

I grew up on the SW side of Houston in Alief. I graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. GO CARDS!!! I am certified in EC- 12 Physical Education.

The goal of Physical Education at Harvest Preparatory Academy is to teach students to develop healthy living habits that will last a life time. We accomplish that by having students participate in a wide variety of activities, sports, and challenges that will increase their physical, social, and mental abilities, as well as teamwork and cooperation skills.

We hope to provide a safe, fun, and motivating class that will encourage all students to want to participate, have fun and try their best.
